Thrown Alive - Spiritual, Recovery-Based Rock & Roll
Thrown Alive Tampa Florida Original Rock and Roll

Over the past couple of years, we have been blessed with many
new friendships in the Recovery Community and Recovery-based
entertainment. Here is what a few of our friends in music, promotion
and media have had to say about Thrown Alive.

"Thrown Alive is passion, power and performance!! They are as
close to perfection in a trio as you can get. They only used the
name "Thrown Alive" because English doesn't have the
superlatives to describe what they do! Book 'em. I've seen 'em!"
- Mark Lundholm, Comedian/Motivational Speaker

"Thrown Alive is not only a highly professional band but is made
up of musicians with the highest of integrity. Their music is focused
on the solutions in life and their intense rock sound permeates the
heart with fun and true rock style. Thrown Alive is a featured band
on Take 12 Recovery Radio"
- Monty Meyer, Executive Producer / Owner, KHLT Recovery Broadcasting

"Thrown alive has a unique sound that appeals to all ages. Their
musicianship is top notch. The message of recovery shines through
in both their performance and songs."
- Dawn McComish, Co-founder, 12 Step Music Fest

"As musician's and artists, Thrown Alive has accepted the responsibility
of understanding how great songs can help with the message that brings
greater awareness to drug and alcohol misuse in our community.
From the perspective of judging both character and music, Thrown Alive
is a group I am proud to be associated with."
- Larry Golbom, The Prescription Addiction Radio Show

We are ever-grateful to these and so many more for letting us share!

“The Second Great Awakening”, More than Just a Great Rock Album

Our long-awaited debut album, “The Second Great Awakening”
is finished after two months of sessions, mixing and mastering.

The tracks turned out much better than we expected, as our original
intent was only to offer better versions of the existing pre-demo
recordings but soon realized the performances and first mixes were
indicative of something much more formal and substantial. We truly
feel that God had a hand in this one and the phrase “Room Full of
Miracles” could easily extend to the humble space that served as
“Studio B” this summer.

The feedback from you folks has effectively co-signed our feelings
about TSGA and helped make “It’ll Make Ya Happy” a very
comfortable guarantee for us to extend. Music lovers from all over
seem to agree that the album is packed with positive, hard-hitting
inspiration. Legendary producer / player, Clay Cropper (a.k.a.
Clayton Kremer), who has production credits on some the biggest
selling recordings ever, exclaimed that TSGA “has enough energy
to light up the city of Cleveland”. A humbling endorsement indeed,
but one we’ll happily to agree with!

If a continual barrage of positively-charged, hard rock isn’t enough
then consider that we have also put TSGA in service to the
community at large by pledging to contribute 20% of our album
sales directly toward pre-paying services from Novus Medical
Detox Centers for those seeking recovery from active addiction
but not financially able to get it.

We try to make “Cyclic positivity” through faith and “Doing the next
right thing”, the fuel behind everything we do and we feel that “The
Second Great Awakening” reflects that notion directly. It is dedicated
to you with the intent that it inspires a perpetual sense of hope in
everyone it reaches.

In addition to musically substantial depth and soul, not veiled in the least,
